Dr. Katie Pullicino has practiced in the field of psychology since 2017. Her clinical experience is well-rounded, having received training across college counseling, private practice, and community mental health settings. Dr. Pullicino has experience working with individuals across the lifespan with a broad range of presenting concerns including adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, and posttraumatic stress disorder. She also has experience facilitating dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) groups. Dr. Pullicino especially enjoys working with youth and their families and those of all ages struggling with anxiety..
Dr. Pullicino believes strongly in person-first care and is collaborative with clients about their treatment priorities and goals. She uses an integrative approach influenced primarily by the cognitive behavioral perspective, incorporating dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and mindfulness concepts as is clinically fit. Dr. Pullicino is particularly passionate about helping those of all ages impacted by anxiety disorders, using evidence-based approaches to help her clients experience relief from things such as chronic worry, irritability, and reassurance seeking. She is also trained in child-centered play therapy.
Dr. Pullicino has received comprehensive training in psychodiagnostic assessment with children, adolescents, and adults across private practice and community mental health settings. She uses assessment to provide clarity regarding diagnoses such as anxiety disorders, ADHD, learning disorders, oppositional defiant disorder, and questions regarding personality structure in adults. Dr. Pullicino incorporates cognitive, academic, and personality measures, in addition to information and measures from collateral sources, such as family members or teachers, to ensure a thorough and accurate evaluation. She views the assessment process as an opportunity to help clients and families feel a sense of certainty not just about diagnoses, but about treatment and their next steps moving forward.

Dr. Pullicino completed her one-year, full-time, APA accredited internship, in addition to postdoctoral fellowship, at Aspire Indiana Health, a community mental health center and federally qualified health center. She provided individual, family and group therapy services to individuals across the lifespan with concerns such as anxiety disorders, adjustment concerns, posttraumatic stress, depression, and behavioral difficulties in youth.
Adult & Child Health
While at Adult & Child Health, Dr. Pullicino completed comprehensive psychodiagnostics evaluations with the child and adolescent population. Common presenting concerns included questions of learning disorders, ADHD, oppositional behaviors, and anxiety or trauma-related disorders.
Resolutions Psychological Services and Central Psychological Services
Dr. Pullicino completed a portion of her clinical training at Resolutions Psychological Services and neighboring Central Psychological Services, providing individual and family therapy services, in addition to psychodiagnostic evaluations for individuals across the lifespan, incorporating cognitive, academic, and personality measures.
